Another day at Shore Cycle & Marine.
Although it certainly was a muddy day yesterday our team managed to form the concrete duct bank protection for the underground electrical service and you know what that means!?!?!? The new Shore Cycle & Marine building will soon have PERMANENT POWER! We will be pouring concrete later this week and cannot wait to see this place lit up!!! @Oickle's Electrical |

It is going to be an exciting TWO WEEKS at our Steele Recreation site!!!
“Yes, these next few weeks will be exciting. We will be running all the plumbing, then organizing the under slab and while that is all happening we will continue to add ICF walls and hopefully pour concrete again in the next 10 days or so. We used to have to hire a surveyor and now with this new technology by Hilti we have the ability to double check where our anchor bolts are as we go. This is a huge leap as it makes us ten times more efficient and accurate at the same time!” Mike Smith, Project Manager

Why does Big League Builders love building with ICF you ask?
Well, we caught up with Matt, Todd & Shawn onsite today and asked that very question! Here is what they had to say, “ICF has insulation on both sides making it easy to attach the drywall, foot frames, etc, you don’t have to cut holes for electrical, it is extremely energy efficient , disaster resistant and over all - pretty sweet stuff to work with!” We couldn’t agree more, gentlemen! AND, things are moving along quite quickly at Bridgewaters newest build - This place is going to be awesome! Thanks for providing our materials @buckshomebuildingcentre ! |
